The purchaser is solely liable for all costs associated with the purchase(s) whether service or item(s); form of payment is PayPal®. International Shipping Policy

International shipping charges will be calculated after the sale is completed and will be billed separately prior to shipping. Buyers wishing to have product(s) shipped to an address outside of the 48 Contiguous United States will be responsible for the additional charges before any purchases are shipped. Buyers who do not wish to pay extra charges for international shipping may have their purchase refunded. Satisfaction Policy:

All product(s) from Boltís Engraving and their subsidiaries are guaranteed to customer satisfaction. Boltís Engraving takes customer satisfaction seriously; if a product produced does not meet customersí satisfaction, either Boltís Engraving will replace the item, or a full refund will be issued. Ethical Policy:

At Bolt's engraving, we follow a high code of ethics. We will not produce offensive or illegal product(s), i.e., child pornography, etc., if received, we will contact the authorities for proper handling; offensive material is at the sole discretion of Bolt's Engraving. If offensive material is determined, then the buyer will be notified by e-mail of cancellation and full refund will be awarded.

At Bolt's Engraving, we feel the customer has a right to know about the products sold. If information exists Boltís Engraving will research and report to the buyer, i.e., if made in the United States or the material, which the product is made from, example: wood, plastic, ceramic, etc.

Customer Policy:

The customer is responsible for payment of all products produced. They are also responsible for their design and approval of the product. Upon customer approval of their design and confirmation for Boltís Engraving to complete the customer has the right to share or decline their work with Boltís Engraving. The customer is solely responsible for the content they provide to Boltís Engraving; including copy written material.

Application Policy (how the product is used):

Boltís Engraving will provide installation suggestions for products they produce. These suggestions are to aid installing the products. Boltís Engraving will not supply the materials needed to install a product (i.e., RTV Silicone, Epoxies, Paints, glues, etc). These materials could be hazardous and Boltís Engraving will not ship these materials. Most products produced at Boltís Engraving are novelty items and/or decorative items, not to use for human consumption or exposed to food.

Liability Policy:

Boltís Engraving will not be held liable for any content used for products. Boltís Engraving will be responsible for the bare item itself. This includes manufactures defects. This liability or return falls within the window of the Return policy. Please read the return policy.

Boltís engraving will not be held liable for the misuse or the improper application of the product.

Boltís Engraving will not be held liable to the duration of how long the product may be of good quality. For example if products are used outside or exposed to ultraviolet light or in harsh weather the products could deteriorate at a faster rate. There is no guarantee on how long the products will last.

Sharing Policy:

Boltís Engraving holds the right to share any customer pictures or designs which the customer releases. This authorization is completed during the checkout process. Boltís Engraving will not share any copy written material unless authorized to do so.
